Spa Etiquette

CHECK IN

Please arrive 15 Minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival MAY result in your treatment being cut short.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our therapists, and other clients, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if notice is not given. You risk losing your right to the loyalty scheme if you fail to attend appointments.

AGE POLICY

Natures Spa cannot provide treatments for children under the age of 16.

TRANQUILITY POLICY

Please respect the tranquil spa environment and fellow spa users by maintaining a low voice at all times. Please switch off mobile phones.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Lockers are provided for your convenience. Natures Spa will NOT accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

SPA ATTIRE

Natures Spa provides towels to all clients.

The spa is visited by both men and women. To avoid embarrassment to yourself and others please respect other clients and ensure you are covered in a towel at all times in public areas.

CHANGING FACILITIES AND SHOWERS

Natures Spa has separate changing and shower facilities for both men and women

SAUNA POLICY

Ensure you shower prior to using the sauna. Drink plenty of water both prior and whilst using the sauna. Please do not wear any jewellery in the sauna.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please advise us of any medical conditions on scheduling your appointment as this may affect your treatment.

MOTHERS TO BE

Please advise us if you are pregnant as some treatments are not recommended.

SMOKING AND ALCOHOL

Natures Spa operates a strictly no smoking policy. The consumption of alcohol is prohibited whilst using spa facilities.

FOOD AND DRINK

The consumption of food or beverages purchased outside the spa are not permissible in the facilities. Natures Spa provides complimentary water, tea and coffee to all clients.

LOYALTY CARD POLICY

You may be entitled to free massage treatments if you visit our spa on a regular basis.

Loyalty Scheme

You could be entitled to a free one hour massage

Please read below for more details

  • Natures Spa offers a loyalty scheme for clients that have treatments on a regular basis.
  • The Natures Spa loyalty card will be marked each time you receive a minimum 1 hour massage treatment.
  • Please inform the person at reception to mark your loyalty card on every visit.
  • We will keep the card for you so you don't have to worry about losing it.
  • When reaching the 12th treatment we will offer you a free one hour treatment (subject to 12 visits within a calendar year)
  • If you are a client that books more than an hour you will receive the equivalent of an hour off the price of your massage and you will be asked to pay the difference. (Please do not ask the person on reception by asking for more than an hour free as a refusal may cause offence.)
  • If for any reason you as a client do not turn up for a booking that has been made, Natures Spa reserves the right to remove one session from the loyalty card.
  • A maximum of 2 clients may share a loyalty card.
